The cover is divided into four main categories;
Hull- this section provides cover in respect of loss or damage to the body of the Aircraft together with its machinery.
Third Party Legal Liability - this section covers the Aircraft owners or operators against third party liability for damage to property, death or bodily injury to third parties.
Passengers Legal Liability - this protects the operators or owners against liabilities arising from the crew and or passengers traveling on the Aircraft.
Hangar keepers/operators Legal Liability -the cover protects Airport owners or operators against liabilities arising from those using services in their airport/airstrip premises.
