However, we do understand that there may be occasions where you feel that we have dealt with you unfairly, or where we are simply not living up to your expectations of the finest insurer in Tanzania.
For that reason every member of our management has the willingness and the authority to listen to your complaints and resolve them. And we don’t expect you to take the trouble of coming into our offices – a telephone call, an e-mail or a letter will work just as well.
Usually, most complaints are easily resolved by the person who is dealing with your policy or your claim. Please discuss your concerns with that person first, and if you are still dissatisfied then make contact with our customer service adviser
